If not enough room is left for scratch disk operation then things slow down, and crashes occur because items can't be switched in and out fast Of code to have to be paged onto hard drive on what is called a scratch Disk. Not taking into account That the computer OS has got to have some room to work thus cause bits Some might not see the Check for Updates button at this point because their software is outdated. I have Comcast "Blast" cable service capable of Download speed 40 MBps or better if light load such as night time. Still takes better part of 2 hours to Download and then install the complete package of (Dial up or DSL a big waste of time.)Īlmost all Office application are close to 1gb each.
